It was a pleasure to work with Sean Knibb again on bringing whimsy, character, and joy to a project that breathed a new life into a property that had become a tired corporate hotel. Perched on the banks of the Colorado River the former Radisson property had abandoned the charm of it’s modernist exterior. Sydell Group saw this as an opportunity to expand the LINE brands offerings into the Austin downtown area.

The Austin Line has fast become a local favorite. Adjacent to the South Congress bridge, the Line is comfortable property offering world class dining, and eclectic, bold, contemporary design.
